Return Policy
At Zyara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a painting may not match your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our return policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- The painting must be in its original condition and packaging
- Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for returns unless damaged
- Sale items may have different return conditions as specified at the time of purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
- Initiate a return request through your account or by contacting customer service
- You'll receive return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
- Once received, we'll inspect the item within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.).
Damaged Items
If your painting arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and painting
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item (at our expense)
